Pat began her career with the Florida Governor’s Energy Office and has come full circle by joining Clean Planet Funding, where she is responsible for securing debt and equity funding from the private and public sectors for diverse client projects, including biofuel, biomass, geothermal, solar, offshore and onshore wind, and new construction/retrofit of green buildings. Her mission at Clean Planet Funding is to coach her clients in recognizing the value of sustainability and using it as a significant competitive advantage in obtaining financing for their projects.
Prior to joining Clean Planet Funding, Pat spent 20 years working in commercial real estate finance for the public and private sectors doing transaction origination, construction lending, tax benefit transactions, asset restructuring, and compliance enforcement and remediation. Her portfolios have run the gamut from small owner-occupied projects to investor properties in excess of $100,000,000.
Pat is a graduate of Douglass College, Rutgers University, holding a BA in American Studies. She also has earned her MSP in Urban Planning from Florida State University and her MBA from The Kellogg School of Northwestern University.
